Video producer Jibril Blessing, known as J Blessing, has officially ended his relationship with Judith Nyambura, also known as Avril, amid allegations of assault.
J Blessing stated that both he and Avril have mutually agreed to part ways in an effort to prevent any future incidents. “Avril and I have come to the conclusion that it is in the best interest of both of us to maintain a distance from each other to avoid the recurrence of such incidents,” he explained.
Addressing the images Avril shared on her social media, J Blessing clarified that they were from a year ago when the couple was involved in a physical altercation that resulted in injuries for both parties. Reflecting on that incident, he took full responsibility for what he described as a “moment of weakness” and disclosed, “About a year ago, we had a physical altercation where both of us got hurt, and I immediately took her to the hospital.”
He further mentioned that one of the pictures Avril posted was from that specific altercation. Additionally, J Blessing disclosed that they had another altercation recently but emphasized that it wasn’t a case of physical abuse, contrary to what may have been suggested. “I want to assure everyone that I did not beat her. I am not an abuser, and I do not support violence. I am a human being who has made mistakes in my life,” he asserted.
In light of these events, J Blessing’s announcement sheds light on the complexities within their relationship and the need to prioritize their individual well-being by going their separate ways.
